These Terms & Conditions apply to all original artworks and commissioned works sold by Alina Austin (“the Artist”), operating in New South Wales, Australia. By submitting an acquisition request or purchasing an artwork, you agree to the following terms.

 

 

Payment & Securing Artwork

 

Payment is required within 24 hours upon receipt of invoice to secure the artwork. Submission of an acquisition request does not guarantee the artwork until full payment has been received.

 

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

 

 

Sales & Returns

 

All sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Collectors are encouraged to review all artwork details carefully prior to purchase. Additional images or information can be provided upon request.

 

 

Colour & Representation

 

Every effort is made to display artwork colours as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography. These variations do not constitute a fault.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping costs will be calculated and outlined within the invoice. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on framing and courier services.

 

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges are the responsibility of the collector.

 

Please inspect the artwork upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

 

 

Commissions

 

For commissioned works, a non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement. This deposit covers time, materials, and design preparation. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

 

 

Intellectual Property

 

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Alina Austin. The Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to original artworks and any associated imagery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

No artwork or image may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

 

 

Australian Consumer Law

 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

 

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
